摘要
对自然状态下萝卜发酵液进行筛选,利用高浓乳酸钙平板、纯乳酸平板、琥珀酸平板筛选得到3株高产L乳-酸的L1、L2、L3菌株,发酵产量分别为6.94g/100mL,6.35g/100mL,7.21g/100mL。
The fermentation of Chinese radish was screened in natural state.L1,L2 and L3 strains were obtained by using calcium lactate,lactic acid and succinic acid plates,which owned high high-yield L-lactic acid.The output of L-lactic acid were 6.94g,6.35g and 7.21g per 100mL,respectively.
