Breeding of high glutathione-producing strains by ^(60)Co γ mutagenesis

摘要 从140株经60Co辐照诱变处理过的酵母菌中筛选出1株突变株,其胞内GSH产率提高了45.8%。对该菌株的培养基组分进行了正交试验优化。优化后的培养基成分为:3.0%葡萄糖,0.1%磷酸氢二氨,0.6%硫酸铵,2.0%酵母膏。优化条件下,突变株CoL2-21的胞内GSH产率提高了122%。 From 140 yeast strains which were treated with 60Co γ-ray,1 mutant had been screened,and its GSH yield had increased 45.8%.The medium ingredients were optimized with orthogonal test,and the optimal mass concentrations were gained: glucose 3.0%,ammonium dibasic phosphate 0.1%,ammonium sulfate 0.6%,yeast extract 2.0%.The GSH yield of the mutant CoL2-21 could be improved 122%.
