从冻河螺肉中首次检出格罗斯出浦沙门菌及定量分析

摘要 采用前增菌和mini-VADIS法快速筛选,对阳性的样品划选择性琼脂平板并挑可疑菌落上自动细菌鉴定仪。采用此法从冻河螺肉中首次检出格罗斯出浦沙门菌,经MPN法计数结果为<30个/100g。 Pre-bacterial enrichment and mini-VADIS method were used to quickly screen suspected colonies after pulling selective agar plate to positive samples,and then analyzed them by automatic microbiology analytical in-strunment.Using this method,grossdeura Salmonella was first detected from frozen periwinkle meat,counting result by MPN method was less than 30/100g.
