摘要
采用Two-level factorial design设计对影响木醋杆菌发酵产细菌纤维素的培养基组成成分进行了筛选,所取的8个相关因素为:蔗糖、酵母膏、蛋白胨、KH2PO4、MgSO4、酒精、醋酸。在此基础上,采用响应曲面法(Response Surface Methodology,RSM)对影响木醋杆菌发酵产细菌纤维素的培养基的关键影响因素:酵母膏、KH2PO4、无水乙醇的最佳水平范围作了进一步的研究与探讨,通过对二次多项式回归方程求解得知,在上述自变量分别为酵母膏10.55g/L,KH2PO44.26g/L,无水乙醇3.1%时,细菌纤维素(BC)达最大值为3.36g/L。
In the paper,it filtrated culture medium composition of producing bacterial cellulose from Acetobacter xylinum fermentation,eight related factors were sucrose,yeast extract,peptone,KH2PO4,MgSO4,ethanol,acetic acid.On this basis,it studied further optimum conditions of key influencing factors:yeast extract、KH2PO4、ethanol by response surface method.By polynomial quadratic equations,bacterial cellulose reached maximum 3.36g/L,when above independent variable were 10.55g/L,4.26g/L,3.1% respectively.
