摘要
研究了超声波以及酸碱对甜高粱秆酶水解的影响。结果表明,超声波能有效地破坏甜高粱秆的纤维结构,并能提高纤维酶的水解得率。超声波处理的最佳条件为功率120W,超声波作用1次的时间1s,间歇时间4s,总操作时间20m in,甜高粱秸秆的酶水解率可达9.62%。经过酸-超声波-碱液复合处理后,秸秆残渣的酶水解得率为52.02%。
Effect of ultrasonic-assisted,acid-assisted and alkali-assisted pretreatment in enzymatic hydrolysis of sweet sorghum straw was studied in this paper.The results indicated that ultrasonic-assisted pretreatment could destroy the fiber structure of sweet sorghum straw and increased the hydrolysis rates of cellulose.The research showed that the optimal pretreatment technology was the power of ultrasonic 120W,the every treatment time of ultrasonic 1s,the quiescent interval of ultrasonic 4s and the total operation time 20min,the hydrolysis rate of sweet sorghum straw was 9.62%.When ultrasonic-assisted pretreatment was combined with sulfuric acid and dilute alkali,the hydrolysis rates was 52.02%.
