摘要
玉米发酵生产酒精工艺是水耗高和污染比较严重的方法。通过气浮(生物接触氧化(臭氧活性炭深度处理的方法,使废水中主要污染物CODCr、BOD5、SS去除率分别达到98.9%、99.0%、91.1%,出水回用于循环冷却水和工艺用水,提高了水资源的利用率,实现了污染物质零排放。
Corn fermentation process for alcohol production is a high water consumption way with serious polluted wastewater.We studied to dispose the wastewater by the deep combined treatment of flotation﹢biological contact oxidation﹢ozone-activated carbon filtration,thus,the removal rate of major pollutants in wastewater as CODCr,BOD5 and SS can reach 98.9%,99.0%,91.1% respectively.After treatment,the effluent can be reused for recirculating cooling water system and industrial uses,thus increased the utilization of water resources,and achieved zero pollutants emission.
