摘要
以土曲霉TN-474为出发菌株,研究探讨了衣康酸发酵工艺条件对产酸的影响。通过试验优化培养基组成及发酵条件为:工业葡糖140g/L,NH4NO33.0g/L,玉米浆干粉0.2g/L,KH2PO40.05g/L,MgSO4.7H2O 0.5g/L,CuSO4.5H2O 65mg/L,初始pH2.0,接种量为10%~12%,装液量为60mL^80mL;在37℃、220r/m in的条件摇瓶发酵144h,土曲霉TN-474发酵衣康酸的产率达到71.83g/L,转化率为56.7%。
Taking aspergillus terreus TN-474 as bacterial strains,the effect of itaconic acid fermentation process conditions on acid production was studied.The optimum medium composition and fermentation conditions were as follows: glucose 140g/L,NH4NO3 3.0g/L,dried corn steep liquor powder 0.2g/L,KH2PO4 0.05g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 0.5g/L,CuSO4·5H2O 65mg/L,initial pH 2.0,incoulum size 10%~12%,liquid volume in flask 60mL~80mL;when shaking flask fermentation reached 144h at 37℃ and 220r/min,itaconic acid yield was 71.83g/L,invert ratio was 56.7%.
