摘要
α-萘乙酸(NAA)、油酸、L-谷氨酸作为生长因子都能使灵芝真菌菌体及多糖产量有不同程度的提高,其中,1g/L的油酸添加时,菌体产量提高49.93%,多糖产量增加60%。正交试验分析表明,同时添加3种生长因子对菌体及多糖产量都有影响,油酸影响显著,3种因子添加的适宜组合为NAA 0.1mg/L、油酸1g/L,L-谷氨酸1.5g/L,菌体最大产量提高76.65%,多糖提高95%。
Adding NAA、oleic acid and L-gultamic acid could improve Ganoderma lucidum cells and polysaccharides yield at different degree.When oleic acid was added to 0.1%,cell could improve 49.93%,polysaccharides yield added 60%.Orthogonal test showed that both cell and polysaccharide could increase gready in the condition of simultaneous addition of NAA,oleic acid and L-gultamic acid,and oleic acid had significant effect,the optimal combi- nations of three factors were NAA 0.1ppm,L-glutamic acid 1.5g/L and oleic acid 1g/L Under these conditions,the maximum yield could improve 76.65% and polysaccharides improved 95%.
