摘要
运用Isfield3D三维电磁场计算软件对C波段TM2 2 0 高次模多注速调管矩形谐振腔模型进行计算机模拟 ,得出TM2 2 0 工作模式的频率、特性阻抗和场分布图。并对该模型进行了冷测试验 ,测试结果与计算相符。提出了一种抑制杂模方法 ,计算机模拟和冷测试验均验证了该方法的有效性。该模型的研究为进一步研制工作于TM2 2 0 高次模多注速调管的高频系统提供了理论和实验依据。
One kind of C band rectangle cavity model which works on TM 220 high mode is simulated with Isfield3D, a 3 dimensional electromagnetic field software,and the frequency,characteristic impedance and field distributing of TM 220 work mode are obtained. The model is tested,and the results are quite agree with our simulations.A method to restrain the non work mode is put forward,the computer simulation and experiments prove its efficiency. The study of this kind mode can provide a theoretical and experimental foundation to develop TM 220 high order multi beam klystron.
