摘要
介绍一种自调制重入式冷阴极正交场放大器 (CFA)。它仅用高频输入信号进行脉冲自调制。实验与研究均表明 :在X波段 ,CFA增益超过 12dB ,带宽 6 %～ 8%的电子效率大于 4 0 % ,阳极电压 8 2kV时 ,输出功率 4 5kW。
This paper introduces a new re entrant beam ,cold cathode crossed field amplifier (CFA),modulated by pulsing only the r.f. input signal (self modulation).The experimental and theoretical investrgations indicate that the self pulsed CFA has a gain of more than 12 dB and an electronic effeciency above 40% over a 6% 8% bandwidth in X band.The output Power reaches 4.5 kW at the anode voltage of 8.2 kV.
