Design of Broadband and Wide-angle Non-polarization Beamsplitter

简要介绍K9玻璃棱镜中用金属介质膜系实现宽波长宽角度消偏振的设计 ,设计波长为 4 2 0～ 6 80nm ,空气中的入射角变化范围为± 8° ,膜系的透过率T和反射率R的平均偏离约为 2 .5 % ,S偏振分量和P偏振分量的平均偏离约为 1%。

The design of a visible broadband and wide-angle metal-dielectric non-polarization Beamsplitter deposited on substrate of K9 glass is briefly presented. The spectral wavelength region of the design is from 420 to 680nm, and the incident angle of ±8°in air. The average deviation of transmittance and reflectance is about 2.5%. The average deviation of p-polarization and s-polarization is about 1%.
