摘要
用LHPG法将Cr4 +∶YAG单晶光纤和Nd∶YAG单晶光纤生长成为一体化的Nd3+,Cr4 +∶YAG光纤 ,并实验研究了一体化的被动调Q光纤激光器的某些性质。得到了最大输出功率为 15mW ,脉宽为 2 5 0ns的调Q激光。
The composite Cr 4+∶YAG-Nd 3+∶YAG crystal fiber was grown form Cr 4+∶YAG and Nd 3+∶YAG single crystal fiber,by using LHPG method.The experimental study some characteristics of the monobody passively Q-switched fiber laser.The passively Q-switched laser with the maximum average power of 15mw and pulse duration of 250ns was realized..
