摘要
热释电成像系统以电子束扫描或半导体扫描代替传统一代热成像系统的光机扫描 ,加之不需制冷的特点 ,使其成为廉价、轻巧、高可靠性、低功耗、室温使用的热成像系统。近年来非制冷焦平面探测器技术得到飞速发展 ,作为热释电型焦平面探测器的配套技术 ,调制斩波器成为非制冷焦平面热成像系统的关键技术之一。介绍了应用于热释电探测系统的调制斩波器技术 ,重点分析了热释电型非制冷焦平面热成像系统采用的新型阿基米德螺旋线斩波器技术 。
Electron beam scanning or semiconductor scanning, replaces the opto machine scanning. In pyroelectric thermal imaging system which it can work without refrigeration. Then the thermal imaging system is of low cost, small size, high responsibility and can be used in room temperature. The uncooled focal plane array(FPA) detector technique has great improved in recent years. As a matched technique, the modulate chopper has became a key technique in uncooled FPA thermal imaging system. This paper introduces the modulate chopper technique used in pyroelectric detecting system, analysises the newly Archimedes spiral cord chopper used in pyroelectric uncooled FPA thermal imaging system, and presents the liquid crystal modulate chopper technique.
