摘要
利用放射性同位素^(14)C葡萄糖示踪的方法,研究杂交水稻乳熟期功能叶片同化产物的运转分配及其与谷粒产量的关系,结果表明:汕优64、V优64、D优852、植优D、秀优57、五优占2号等高产杂交组合,乳熟期功能叶片的^(14)C—同化物分配到稻穗的(%)或在稻穗的输入积比其恢复系和高产常规品种双桂36高,秀优57、五优占2号和青优159的谷粒理论产量与乳熟期^(14)C—同化物从功能叶片的输出率呈显著正相关,五优占2号的谷粒产量与乳熟期^(14)C—同化物在稻穗的输入积呈显著正相关。青优27、青优40和青A×HR18等低产杂交组台乳熟期功能叶片的^(14)C—同化物分配到稻穗的(%)或在稻穗的输入积比双桂36低,其谷粒产量也不与上述参数呈显著正相关,甚至相关系数出现负值。
With radio-isortop <sup>14</sup>C-glucose,meatbolicproducts of functional leaf related to the grain yield have researched and resulted that hybrid rices (F<sub>1</sub>)Shan-You-64,Wei-You-64,D-You-852,Zhi-You-D,Xiu-You-57,Wu-You-Zhen-2 have more <sup>14</sup>C-metabolism translocaed(%) to panicle and IAP (inputed accumulated percent)at milky stage than that of their restores lines and CK variety"Shuang-Gui-36".There is marked positive correlation btween grain yield and exponption(%)of <sup>14</sup>C-metabolism from functional leaf to panicle at milky stage of Xiu-You-57,Wu-You-Zhen-2 and Ging-You-159,which has marked positive correlation between grain yield and IAP of <sup>14</sup>C-metabolism.But the low grain yield of hybrid rices (F<sub>1</sub>) Qing-You-27,Qing-You-40 and Qing-A×HR18 have lower <sup>14</sup>C-metabolism of leaf distributed (%)and IAP in panicle at milky stage than the Shan-Gui-36 and have negative correlation mentioned reference datums above.
