《茂名市工业污染物排放标准》修订探讨

A Preliminary Study on the Amendment of Local Industrial Pollutant Discharge Standard of Maoming City

茂名市工业污染物地方排放标准是1981年底完成的,在防治污染和改善城市环境质量上起了重要的作用。随着工业的迅速增长,地方排放标准的不足之处也显现出来,特别是没有包括炼油厂的重要污染物,因此,严格标准控制污染是必要的。文中提出了地方排放标准修订的内容和方法。

The local industrial pollutant discharge standard of Maoming City (LIPDS) was accomplished at the end of 1981. The LIPDS was based on the natural condi- tions of the city, the layout of the industries, the species of the pollutants, the discharged mode and quantity and the possibility of treatment level and economy. It has played an important role in alleviating the pollution and improving the environment quality of the city. However, with the rapid growth of industries, its limitation and shortcoming revealed. Moreover, the LIPDS did not include important pollutants specifically for the petroleum plants. Thus a stringent standard to control the pollution is needed. The authors also offer contents and methods for the amendment of LIP- DS.
