塞曼效应石墨炉原子吸收光谱法在天然水痕量元素分析应用的新进展

摘要 根据作者所在小组近年来在石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)的研究结果及当前的发展趋势对GFAAS作了评述。为提高GFAAS分析速度可从3个方面来解决:①在完全消除基体干扰后可用单纯标准溶液校正仪器;②使用实验特征质量m。可作海水痕量元素的无标样分析;③改进沿用的升温程序。在Cr的形态分析方面,可将吸附了Cr(VI)的树脂(2粒)直接引进石墨炉中用GFAAS分析。Cr(Ⅲ)含量可由总Cr减去Cr(VI)含量求出。 Advances in graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrimetry(GFAAS)and the recent work conducted by our group are reviewed,Three main steps can be taken to speed up the GFAAS: 1. Simple standards can be used to calibrate the instrumant on condition the matrix interference is eliminated completely. 2. Standardless analysis is possible for trace elements in seawater by using only the experimental characteristic mass. 3. Improving the conventional heating program. For speciation analysis, two resin beads on which Cr(Ⅵ) in 2 ml of river water sample has been adsorbed were introduced directly into the graphite tube.The concentration of Cr(Ⅲ) can be obtained by subtracting that of Cr(Ⅵ)from the total Cr concentration.
