CaCO_3填充聚丙烯界面有序结构的研究

摘要 发现用CaCO_3填充的聚丙烯材料,在2θ=11.5°附近有一个新的X-射线衍射峰。该衍射峰的出现与仪器无关,而与CaCO_3对聚丙烯结晶有成核作用和CaCO_3/聚丙烯界面的一种片状结晶结构、与CaCO_3表面性质和大小、试样制备的工艺条件等有关。 The crystallinity of PP filled with CaCO<sub>3</sub> was studied by WAXD. A new peak named "h Peak" at 20=11.5° was found. Its size is related to the content of CaCO<sub>3</sub> obviously, and the influence of light-CaCO<sub>3</sub> on it is greater than that of keavy-CaCO<sub>3</sub>, indicating CaCO<sub>3</sub> has a nucleation for PP, and h Peak has a close relationship with the interfacial area between CaCO<sub>3</sub> and PP, as well as the preparative technology of samples. Generalzing the results from WAXD, DSC and SEM, it was concluded that the h peak is connected with PP crystals nearby CaCO<sub>3</sub>, showing a new ordered structure of PP crystals-laminar crystals.
