二烷氨基香豆素在聚合物溶液中的荧光行为

摘要 7-二乙氨基-4-甲基香豆素(DAMC)在聚合物溶液中,荧光量子效率(φf)在非极性溶剂中与聚合物的含量无关;在极性溶剂中随聚合物的含量增加而增大,即与体系的粘度有关。在各种介质中,φf与辐射和非辐射失活速率常数的变化相一致。荧光偏振随聚合物的含量增加而增大。DAMC的荧光行为与其激发态构型密切相关。 The fluorescence quantum yields (φf) of 7-diethylamino-4-methylcoumarin (DAMC) in polymer solutions were independent of the polymer content when the solvents were non-polar. However, if the solvents were highly polar φf in- creased with the polymer content and related to the viscosity of polymer media. The change of φf in different media was consistent with the change of radiative and non-radiative decay rate constants. The polarization of fluorescence of DAMC increased with the polymer content. These fluorescence behaviors were related to the conformation of the excited DAMC.
