摘要
从采自中国南海西沙永兴岛附近海域的软珊瑚Sinularia sp.分离出14个晶体化合物,包括环Phe-Arg二肽盐酸盐(Ⅰ),N-三甲牛磺酸(Ⅱ),新的多羟基甾醇和新的鲨肝醇甙等,用波谱技术结合化学反应测定了Ⅰ和Ⅱ的结构;并研究了Ⅱ的合成方法和药理活性,发现它的某些药理活性与牛磺酸相反,例如具有温和的升压和延迟凝血的作用。
14 crystalline compounds were isolated from the Chinese soft coral Sinularia sp. collected from the South China Sea, including cyclo- Phe-Arg dipeptide hydro- chloride(Ⅰ), N-trimethyltaurine (Ⅱ), a new polyhydroxysterol, and a new batyl alcohol glycoside. The structures of Ⅰ and Ⅱ were elucidated with the data of <sup>1</sup>H NMR, <sup>13</sup>C NMR, MS, IR, UV and the chemical reactions. The synthesis and pharmacological activities of Ⅱ were reported. It was found that Ⅱ had the pharmacological effects opposite to those of taurine.
