一种新型的非晶应力传感器

摘要 本文提出了一种新型的非晶应力传感器电路,可使该类传感器的灵敏度大为提高,并同时具有较大的线性范围和较好的线性度。还设计了新型的传感器结构,使该传感器的测量范围有较大的提高。分析了影响灵敏度的原因,讨论了采用扩大量程加载对灵敏度及线性度的影响。 A new type amorphous stress transducer circuit has been designed. The sensitivity of these transducers are improved very much. It approached to 7 times than another transducer of the same type and has wide linear-range and high linear lity. Moreover, new type transducer construction has been designed. The measure range of these transducers are much improved (about2~3 times than sensors of the same type) and it provides the basis for the application of these transducers. The factors of effect on the sensitivity have been analysed. The effect of load method by incread measure range on the sensitivity and linearlity have been dis- cussed.
