含钼脂质体的合成和形态的研究

摘要 本文合成了5种双烷基(C_(10)、C_(12)、C_(14)、C_(16)和C_(18)磷酸酯,研究了他们与钼酸形成的钼蓝络合物在水溶液中自组织形成双层分子膜脂质体的形态,初步试验定性表明。钼(Ⅲ)——双烷基磷酸酯分子膜具有协同催化固氮作用。 Dialkyl (C<sub>10</sub>、C<sub>12</sub>、C<sub>14</sub>、C<sub>15</sub> and C<sub>18</sub>) phosphates were synthesized, and their complexes’ aggregate morphologies with Molybdenum (Ⅵ, Ⅲ) in water solution were examined. They can self-organizationally form liposomes, and which were observed by transmission electron microscope. These liposomes exhibit synergistically catalytic activity of nitrogen-fixation while tested qualitaitvely by spectrophotometry
