摘要
用压片方法观察了栽培型绣球花的细胞融合过程。证明花的异常发育程度与小孢子发育过程中的染色体异常行为密切相关。花粉母细胞的异常最早见于减数分裂的开始,染色体有各式各样的畸变,频率有达100%。穿壁转移现象遍及整个减数分裂过程,穿壁的形式也多样。最后产生少数形态正常的花粉粒,但不能萌发。
The cytomixis progress observed with the aid of squash in cultivated Hydrangea demonstrates that positive correlation exists between abnormal development of flowers and chromosome abnormal behavior during the microspore development. The abnormality of pollen mother cells is observed in the beginning of meiosis. The chromosomes have various aberrations sometimes with a frequence of 100 per cent. The phenomena of chromosome migration often take place throughout the period of meiosis and the forms of migration are also various. Only a few normal pollen grains in morphology are produced finally, but they cannot germinate.
