摘要 本文介绍了人造寡核苷酸和反义基因调控基因表达的机理,着重介绍了作为医疗药物的寡核苷酸的应用前景、存在问题和解决办法。 Antisense technology is now widely used to artificially interfere with gene expression. Oligonucleotides can bind to DNA、RNA or protein and inhibit gene expression on defferent levels. We describe the machanisms of inhibition of gene expression by artificial oligonucleotides. The application, prospects and potential problems of the oligonucleotides as therapeutic agents are also describde.
