用伪彩色和增强显示云图作热带气旋的风雨预报

The Prediction of the Wind and Rainfall of the Tropical Cyclone by Using the Pseudo-Color Cloud Images and the Enhanced Infrared (EIR) Cloud Images

本文以伪彩色数字化云图和增强显示红外云图为基本工具,根据热带气旋云系本身结构特征及其与环境云场的关系,把热带气旋云系分为5种类型,并对各类热带气旋在珠江三角洲的降水作出强度估计。使用云系特征组成的经验公式,预报进入珠江三角洲防区的热带气旋所造成的24h、6 h、3 h、1h降水。另外,还按照热带气旋分层云区特征,作出热带气旋10级、8级、6级大风(从进入防区到影响或登陆珠江三角洲)的范围和强度预报。

In this paper, the estimate on the rainfall intensities of the tropical cyclones over the Zhujiang Delta is made and its Prediction is classified into five types accoding to the structure characteristics of the cloud systems of the tropic- al cyclone and the cloud systems of its environmental cloud field by using the pseudo-color digital cloud images and the enhanced infrared (E1R)cloud images. In addition, the rainfall predictions of 24hrs, 6hrs, 3hrs and 1hr, eaused by the tropical cyclone entering the preveat range in the Zhujiang Delta, are made respectively by means of the constituted empirical formulatas according to the Characteristics of the cloud systems. And that the predictions on the ranges and the intensities of 10 scales, 8 scales and 6 scales of wind-force of the tropical cyclone are also made while it enters or lands in the Zhujiung Delta according to characteristics of the different layers of cloud fields of the tropical cyclones.
