摘要
克泻泰胶囊经小鼠灌胃最大耐受量为53.6g/kg,克泻泰可显著抑制正常或新斯的明负荷肠段蠕动,对氯化乙酰胆碱引起的离体肠痉挛有显著解症作用,对10种致病菌有抑制生长作用,结果提示克泻泰有止泻作用.
Maximum tolerance dose of Kexietai Po in NIH mice is 53. 6g/kg. Kexietai obvious-ly inhibites peristalsis of nomal or i. p neostigmine and enterospasm of isolated ileum caused by acetylcholine. It also inhibites the growth of ten bacteria. These results show that Kexietai cap-sule has antidiarrheal effect.
