摘要
中国神水最大耐受量为180ml/kg,按1/18,1/36,1/180设置药效学3个剂量组,中国神水5,10ml/kg可增强小鼠体液免疫功能及吞噬功能,对应急性胃溃疡及灌胃醋酸引起的急性胃炎均有显著抑制作用,中国神水给药30d,未发现明显毒副作用.
Maximum tolerance dose (MTD) of P. O Chinese Shenshui was 180 ml/kg,3 potency doses of 1/18, 1/36, 1/180 MTD were used. Chinese Shenshui 5, 10 ml/kg, elevated humoral immune and phagocytic function of mice, and inhibites stress ulcer of stomach and acute gastritis of rats. P. 0 Chinese Shenshui 30 days, didn’t find marked side effect.
