摘要
来源于中国南海的海洋化合物四羟基甾醇(MCT),iv时能明显降低大鼠的血压,降压作用强大,作用时间长;降血压同时降心率;且都具有剂量依赖关系.阿托品可完全阻断MCT的降心率作用及部分阻断其降血压作用.
24-methylene-5α-cholestane-3-β, 5α, 6β, 19-tetrol (MCT) was isolated from the South China Sea Nepthea brassca. iv MCT induced arterial hypotension in anesthetized rats. At the same time of hypotension MCT decreased heart rate (HR) of the rats. The hypotensive effect of MCT was strong and lasting long time. There was typical dose-effect dependent relationship in its hypotension in rats. After blocking with atropine, MCT did’ t cause lowering in heart rate. Its hypotensive action was blocked by atropine partially. MCT had no tachyphylaxis of the hypotesive action on anesthetized rats.
