摘要
将克隆的柔嫩艾美耳球虫广东株p28基因与柔嫩艾美耳球虫MerckstrainLS18株的折光体抗原p28基因和USDA-APIno.24株折光体抗原GX3262基因进行了序列比较.发现广东株和MerckstrainLS18株的折光体抗原核苷酸序列和氨基酸序列的同源性分别为99.9%和100%,且基因内富含AGC重复顺序;而GX3262的基因序列为P28基因C-端的组成部分,并无特别的疏水和亲水区.
A cloned refractile body antigen p28 gene of Eimeria tenella (Guangdong Strain) sporozoites was compared with another one from Merck strain LS18 and a DNA fragment named GX3262. Sequence analysis revealed that the cloned p28 gene had a high homology with Merck strain LS18’s and showed 99.9% and 100% homology at nucleotide and amino acid level respectively. At p28’s carboxy terminus was the sequence of another partially protective, recombinant antigen, GX3262.
