On the extensions for general default theories and their monotonic conditions

关于一般缺省理论之扩充存在性的充要条件有两种不同的表述,本文证明它们之间可以互相转换,因而根本上是等价的。在此基础上,本文给出了一般缺省理论扩充保持单调性的充要条件,并讨论了它们的意义。

There are two different expressions as to the sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence of extensions for a general default theory. This paper proves that the two expressions are transformational and hence essentially equivalent. Based on this discovery, this paper provides the sufficient and necessary conditions for the monotonicity of a general default theory, and discussed their significance.
