建立满足统一结构且相互关联自然论解的理性时间概念和理性空间概念；并描述来自于基本运动的“变”与“不变”群体相互作用的计数制和时、空坐标系．
This paper presents the related time and space concept of “Tie Jie" semantic-based problem solving that satisfies the unified structure; describes the counting system, time and space coordinate system that come from the “variant" and “invariant" group operation of basic motion.
