摘要
用７种限制性内切酶对黄毛鼠（Ｒａｔｕｓｌｏｓｅａ）线粒体ＤＮＡ（ｍｔＤＮＡ）进行了分析。ＢａｍＨⅠ，ＢｇｌⅠ，ＰｓｔⅠ，ＰｖｕⅡ，ＥｃｏＲⅤ，ＨｉｎｄⅢ和ＢｃｌⅠ在黄毛鼠ｍｔＤＮＡ上分别具有１，２，２，２，４，５和７个切点，根据单酶解和双酶解片段数目和分子量，构建了黄毛鼠ｍｔＤＮＡ的限制性内切酶图谱。
The mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) from Rattus losea were digested with eight restriction endonucleases One site for Bam HⅠ;two sites for BglⅠ,Pst Ⅰ,PvuⅡ;four sitesfor Eco RV;five sites for Hind Ⅲ and seven sites for BelⅠ were found on this mtDNA Restriction maps of mtDNA were made according to the number and size of restriction fragments obtained single and double digestions
