梅花鹿在长茸期与发情期的睾丸组织结构 被引量:2

摘要 在长茸期与发情期,梅花鹿的睾丸组织有明显的不同。长茸期(5,6月)的睾丸组织中的曲精小管萎缩,管中精原细胞排列稀疏,大部分精原细胞处于休静期,只有少量的初级精母细胞,未见次级精母细胞、精子细胞和精子。在发情期,曲精小管扩张,管中的精原细胞不断分裂增殖、分化发育、形成精子。在发情初期和后期。曲精小管中的生精细胞较少。但长茸期与发情期,曲精小管中的支持细胞总数没有显著的差异。 There is signifigent difference in sika deer testicular histomorlogy during antler growth and estrus During antler growtgh (May or June),it is observed that sperm tubule shinked,inside which spermagaonia seemed islanded and most of them are hybernated,while a few of spermatocyte Ⅰ and no spermatocyte Ⅱ and found;duing estrus,sperm tabule enlarged,in which spermagonia generate continually,and more sperms are found During presstrus and postestrus,in tabule,less spermagoniais observed However,during these two phases,amount of leydig cells are unsignificently defferent
