摘要
根据细菌分类原理和《伯杰氏系统细菌学手册》的生化鉴定特征，找出最能区别弧菌属、气单胞菌属等属各种的主要特征１５项，制成海水网箱养殖名贵鱼类细菌病常见病原菌的快速简易生化鉴定系统。对待定病原菌进行快速鉴定，获得满意结果。
Based on the principles of bacterial taxonomy and Bergey′s Manual of Systematic Bacteriology,15 biochemical reactions were selected,and method was established for rapid identification of bacteriosis pathogens in marine cage culture fish Sixty strains isolated from diseased fish were identified with this method,satisfying results were obtained
