摘要
用生物化学发光测量仪测记广州地区常见优势种水栖寡毛类3种,陆栖寡毛类6种的UPE值。寡毛类UPE值具有多态性,野生种类高于人工养殖的种类。同种不同发育阶段,UPE的强度不同。用低浓度的H2O2和长链脂肪醛溶液作为促发光剂,诱导寡毛类化学发光,探讨寡毛类UPE的机理,不同寡毛类种产生的诱导发光值不同,诱导化学发光值水平较高。
