摘要
初步探讨了在人工模拟海洋生态系统条件下,珊瑚和海葵生长、繁殖的条件和影响因素。结果表明:光照、温度、水深、盐度、pH值是影响珊瑚、海葵生长发育的重要生态因素。在同一环境条件下,海葵的适应性更强,在实验条件下能进行分裂生殖和有性生殖。
This paper deals with breeding of corals and sea anemone,(Anthozoa,Coelenterate).They are transfered from South China sea to man made sea water circlate filter system,fed and bred.This experiment proved,light,temperature,depth of water,salinity,pH,all of them are the restrict factors of the growth of corals.Among them,light is one of the most important factor influencing the rate of the growth of corals.And temperature is also the crux affecting breeding when corals are ripe.Only when the temperature of water is between 25~30℃,can they be bred in a great quantity.Sea anemone is not very stridt with living condition.Based on the discovery that sea anemones adapt to the environment more easily than corals,when they′re at the same environmental conditions.They can take sexual reproduction or asexual reproduction,and then produce descendants in our aftificial system.
