摘要
对校园管理信息系统建设中领导者和用户的参与、系统建设与管理机制的关系、系统总体规划的重要性等问题进行讨论。
This paper discusses some questions that the leaders adn users participate in Setting up Campus MIS, the relation ship between system construction and management system, the importance of the total system plan. It also explains that it is very important to discuss these questions in system contruction.
