给出了具有复势Ｓｃｈｒｏｄｉｎｇｅｒ方程的解的存在和唯一性。
The author first give the existence and uniqueness of solution to Schrdinger equation with complex potential, then the author have shown that the homogenization of Schrdinger equation with complex potential.
