摘要
采用点滴法活体研究了几种新型具保幼激素活性昆虫生长调节剂(IGRs)对亚洲玉米螟末龄幼虫羧酯酶活力及其动力学常数的影响,旨在为开发生物合理农药提供新的理论依据.结果表明,不同日龄幼虫羧酸酯酶Vmax和Km均无明显的变化规律,因而不是IGRs的靶标酶。
In order to provide new theory evidence for developing biorational pesticide, topical application was used in studying the IGRs with JH activity on dynamic constants of carboxylesterase (CarE) in Ostrimia furnacalis Guenee in vivo. The results indicated that there were on obvious relationship between Vmax and Km of CarE in different dayinstar larvae, suggesting CarE was not the target enzyme of IGRs with JH activity, but its activity was influenced indirectly by IGRs.
