新型具保幼激素活性昆虫生长调节剂与羧酸酯酶动力学常数的关系

摘要 采用点滴法活体研究了几种新型具保幼激素活性昆虫生长调节剂(IGRs)对亚洲玉米螟末龄幼虫羧酯酶活力及其动力学常数的影响,旨在为开发生物合理农药提供新的理论依据.结果表明,不同日龄幼虫羧酸酯酶Vmax和Km均无明显的变化规律,因而不是IGRs的靶标酶。 In order to provide new theory evidence for developing biorational pesticide, topical application was used in studying the IGRs with JH activity on dynamic constants of carboxylesterase (CarE) in  Ostrimia furnacalis Guenee in vivo. The results indicated that there were on obvious relationship between Vmax and Km of CarE in different dayinstar larvae, suggesting CarE was not the target enzyme of IGRs with JH activity, but its activity was influenced indirectly by IGRs.
