摘要
针对等离子喷涂工艺要求高电压、大电流的特点,探讨了大功率等离子喷涂逆变器的设计及运行规律.分析了在大功率条件下,高频变压器参数设计和IGBT保护问题.试验结果表明。
According to the characteristics of high voltage and large current demanded by plasma spraying process, the laws of designing large power inverter for plasma spraying and its operations are discussed. The designs of parameters for high frequency transformer and the protections of IGBT models are analyzed in large power condition. The facts that empty voltage and outut power of the inverter can meet the demand of plasma spraying process are verified by the test.
