面对知识经济时代的到来，学报工作要跟上社会发展的步伐，要有创新和发展意识，要借鉴和学习他人的办刊经验，提高编辑出版质量。

In the face of the coming of the era of knowledge economy,the learned journal work should keep pace with the onward march of the development of the society. We should have the consciousness of blazing new trails and development to learn and to draw lessons from the experiences of other journals,to improve the editorial quality and publication, then to open up a new path for the development of our journals.
