针对当前我国人才资源市场化配置过程中存在的问题,政府应加快职能转变,积极推进体制创新,优化市场机制,推动我国人才资源的良性发展,为实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标打下坚实的机制基础。

To solve the problems existing in the course of present human resources marketizational disposing in China,the government should accelerate the process of shifting its function,carry on system innovation ac- tively,optimize the market mechanism,promote the benign development of human resources of our country and lay the solid mechanism foundation in order to realize the magnificent goal of well-off society in an all- round way.
