摘要
自从美国著名经济学家舒尔茨创立人力资本理论以来,人力资本在经济发展中的作用日益受到人们的关注。值得强调的是,企业家是最高层次人力资本的载体,企业家人力资本具有稀缺性、异质性、专用性与非流动性、经济价值的不稳定性、外部性和价值隐藏性的特点。本文要研究的中心问题就是在分析企业家人力资本特征的基础上,探索相对应的激励机制和制度安排。
Since Schultz,the renowned American economist,established the human capital theory,the role human capital plays in economic development has received more and more attention.It is worth noting that entrepreneurs are the carriers of top human capital.And the entrepreneur human capital features scarcity,non -homogeneity,exclusiveness,flexibility of economic value,externality and value covertness.This article, based on these features of the entrepreneur human capital,mainly concerns the corresponding stimulation mechanism and system arrangement.
