Entering 21st century,the manpower resources development of globality is paid attention to by more and more countries and government.Developing countries that a reform and opening-up such as our country enter key period say,it undoubtedly seems to be the most important thing.This text analyse our country globality current situation of human resources at present,globality meaning that human resources de- velop wholly,the imperative state of manpower resources development of globality,the difficult problem of manpower resources development of globality,and has put forward the relevant countermeasure of the way of manpower resources development of globality.
