摘要
马克思地租理论告诉我们:土地所有权与土地经营权的分离是地租产生的前提,地租就是土地所有权借以实现的经济形式。我国现阶段还存在着多种形式的生产资料所有制,土地私有制虽不存在,但还存在着社会主义土地所有制的两种形式,即国家土地所有、集体土地所有。另外,商品、价值与货币关系还存在,尤其在社会主义市场经济的今天,因此,在社会主义条件下,仍然存在地租。所以,马克思地租理论仍有很强的现实适用性。
Marx's rent theory tells us:The separation of land ownership and land right of management is the prerequisite that rent produces.Land rent is the economic form which land ownership can come true. Nowadays in our nation there exists various means of production about the system of ownership.Though land private ownership does not exist,there are two forms of socialist land ownership,i.e.national ownership and collective ownership.Additionally,merchandise,value and currency relation still exist,especially during the socialist market economy.Therefore,the land rent yet exists in the socialist country.So Marx's land rent theory still have very deep realistic suitability.
