摘要
酶抑制技术具有简便、快速、灵敏及成本低等优点,正逐步进入蔬菜等农产品生产基地及市场监督部门,并已成为我国农药残留快速检测的主流发展技术。本文综述了我国目前酶抑制技术快速检测蔬菜中农药残留技术的研究及应用状况,分析了以酶抑制法为基础的相关技术及其在使用中存在的问题和解决途径,并预测了其发展前景。
Enzyme inhibition Technology has advantages of simplicity,speediness,sensitivity,cheapness and is widely used in China nowadays.In this paper,the application and development of enzyme inhibition technology on rapid detection of pesticide residues are reviewed.At the same time,its disadvantages in the application are pointed out and some solutions are suggested.The future of this technology are forecasted.
