摘要
考查主权最早可以追溯到10世纪,自从国家主权理论形成以来,针对国家主权的问题就一直争论不休,本文通过对当今国际社会最具争论性的三种国家主权学说-"绝对主权论"、"相对主权论"、"世界主权论"-的理论立场及其局限性进行评析,并尝试着提出国家主权在全球化条件下的理性定位。
The sovereignty can be traced back to the 16th century , Since the state sovereignty theory takesits shape, This text, through carrying on evaluation and analysis of state sovereignty theories( 'theory of absolute sovereignty' 、'theory of relative sovereignty' &' theory of world sovereignty' ) of disputing nature of international community, and trying to point out the reason that state sovereignty is under the globalization condition makes a reservation.
