摘要
随着体育事业的蓬勃发展,体育组织中的冲突也日益增多。对冲突的管理是体育组织中的新型管理。本文结合体育组织冲突的实际情况,分析冲突对体育组织的消极和积极影响,进而设计出冲突管理的技术路线和提出相应的解决方法。
With flourishing development of the sport cause, the conflict in sport organizations is increasing day after day. The management of conflict is a new this paper work for sports management. Whth a study of the practical situation in sport organizations, analyzes the negative and positive impact of conflict upon sport organizations, and it designs the technical route of conflict management and susseets the relevant methods.
