本文通过对中国民营中小企业融资困难的现状的分析,发现影响其融资的原因主要有两个方面:即自身的特点造成的困难和由于体制和行政因素造成的困难。并在此基础上针对不同的困难提出了不同的解决策略和方法。

Under a realistic analysis of the financing predicament of middle and small private enterprises in China,the article offers two main causes that affect the financing circulation in the middle and small private enterprises:the difficulities resulted from their own characters and the systematic together with administrative factors in China.Based on this analysis it raises respective strategies,solutions and methods for each ones in any kinds of difficulties.
