我国高等教育管理制度创新探讨——新制度经济学视角

An Innovative Study of the Higher Education Institutions Management——An New-institutional Economic Prospective

本文从新制度经济学的视角进行分析,认为我国高等教育管理存在三大问题:产权功能弱化;管理链过长、过多,信息严重不对称;委托——代理缺乏效用。提出了相应对策:明晰产权,促进激励; 简政放权,减少代理环节;改进激励,建立代理人市场。

Based on the principles of new-institutional economics, this thesis analyses the existing higher education management system and argues it has weakened the function of property, too long and many chains of management which severely harm the transparentness of information and the trustor-agent relationship is lack of utility. This thesis suggests we should clear the ownership of the property to enhance incentive, streamline administration and institute decentralization to diminish the trustor-agent chains and improve incentive by establishing market of agents.
