Increasing Public Goods Supply and Enhancing the Development of Rural Areas

构建和谐社会,首先要实现社会公平,协调好城乡关系。因此,在构建和谐社会过程中,消除现存的城乡社会二元结构,为广大农村提供必需的公共产品和服务,协调农村经济社会发展,已成为当务之急。本文分析了当前我国农村公共产品供给不足和滞后的现状,探索了造成农村公共产品供给不足的原因,并对现阶段如何完善农村公共产品供给问题提出了相应的政策建议。

Construct harmonious society, should realize the society fairly and coordinate the relation in urban and rural areas. So, eliminating the two structures of city and rural society, supplying the peasants with necessary public goods and service and coordinating the pool in urban and rural areas, have become the most crucial task in the course of constructing harmonious society. The thesis analyzes the deficiency and lagging of the rural public goods supply, in order to find out the reasons of it. Meanwhile, the author gives some suggestions on how to solve the problem.
